Join Us in Our Mission
By becoming a member you are helping IBCM fulfill its mission of presenting the
gospel through the international English-speaking baptistic churches. As a member
you can have a voice in IBCM, participate in the annual meeting, recommend
candidates for IBCM offices, receive the newsletter and vote on the
corporation’s issues. You can become a member of IBCM by filling out the
application included in this brochure and mailing it with your first annual dues
of US$25 per person. If you are interested in becoming a lifetime member you can
make a one-time life membership payment of US$500 per person. Are you 65 years

Qualifications for Membership
To be accepted as a member of the
Corporation an applicant must meet each of the following qualifications and
be approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation:
1.
Is a born again believer in
Jesus Christ;
2.
Is over the age of 18 years;
3.
Has read and fully agrees with
Article 4 of the Articles of Incorporation, which states:
ARTICLE 4 – PURPOSE The purpose for
organizing the Corporation are to present the Gospel to all persons with a
goal of bringing them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to form
local congregations for the Christian nurture of those who respond.

Has read and fully agrees with
Articles 2.06 and 2.11 of the Bylaws of the Corporation which state:
2.06 Resolving Disputes.
In any dispute between members relating to or arising under these Bylaws or
the Corporation's activities, all parties involved will cooperate in good
faith to resolve the dispute. If
the parties cannot resolve a dispute among themselves, they will cooperate
to select one or more mediators to help resolve it. If no timely resolution
of the dispute occurs through mediation, any party shall demand binding
arbitration as described in the Civil Practice and Remedies Code of Texas.
The Board has discretion to authorize using corporate funds for mediating or
arbitrating a dispute described in this paragraph.
2.11 Waiving Interest in Corporate
Property. The Corporation owns all real and personal property, including
all improvements located on the property, acquired by the Corporation. A
member has no interest in specific property of the Corporation. Each member
waives the right to require partition of all or part of the Corporation's
property.

Pay Annual Dues US$25.00. Must pay annually to maintain membership status,
rights and benefits.
Pay Lifetime Dues
US$500. Pay one time to maintain membership
status, rights and benefits for lifetime.
Pay 65+ Lifetime Dues
US$300. If you are 65 years or older, pay one
time to maintain membership status, rights and
benefits for lifetime.
