IBCM was founded in 1997, as a non-profit corporation, whose primary goal was to provide financial support to English-speaking baptistic churches affiliated with the International Baptist Convention. In the last several years, IBCM's support has expanded to churches in Latin America and Asia.
IBCM is able to provide this financial support thanks to contributions from members and missions-minded people like you. IBCM accepts two forms of contributions - designated and undesignated. If you would like to give a gift intended for a specific church or organization supported by IBCM - a designated contribution - you can do that by indicating the name of the church in the memo portion of your check. IBCM withholds a 1% administrative fee from all designated contributions. NOTE: Please do not indicate a person's name. All churches/ministries supported by IBCM have turned in a grant application and met specific grant criteria as listed in IBCM bylaws (Details on Grants page). For a list of the churches/ministries that IBCM currently supports, click the Churches Supported button to the left.
You can also give an undesignated contribution to IBCM. Undesignated gifts help cover IBCM's administrative costs and allow the Board to present special, one-time grants to meet specific , timely needs of churches or ministries. For a list of the grants approved at the last Board meeting, click the Grants button on the left.
